The products offered are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. Photographs are not contractual. Products are available while stocks last.
3. Order
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer will receive a confirmation email after their order has been validated.
4. Price and payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) or any other method offered at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier and destination.
Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Oliban Nature cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
